Sophia Zhang is semi-closeted francophile attending high school in the Silicon Valley where she defends the humanities as a valuable study amongst her STEM-ish classmates daily. She works in photography (favoring analog/darkroom) and writing (flash fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction). Her work has been published in *82, Sheepshead Review, and Meat for Tea: The Valley Review, with work forthcoming in *82's fall issue. In 2019, she was selected for and participated in a Winter Tangerine writing workshop.
